The Challenge
The Kreatura gala is a fast-moving event where dozens of trophies are handed out. A traditional approach — one theme played on repeat — quickly wears thin and fades into the background.
Together with the organizer — the "Media Marketing Polska" editorial team — we faced a question: how do you keep the audience energized and engaged? The sound had to give every entrance its proper weight and differentiate the stature of the awards — from standard categories to the Grand Prix.
What We Did
We approached the event's sound like a film score. Building on workshops with the "Media Marketing Polska" team, we created Kreatura's audio logo and main musical theme (leitmotif) — reflecting confidence, modernity, and creative drive. Instead of one monolithic track, we prepared a set of contextual adaptations of the same theme:
Award Hierarchy
We designed musical variants with distinct energy levels for standard awards, special mentions, and the climactic moment — the Grand Prix announcement.
Architecture of Time
We created separate sound beds for guest arrivals, trophy presentation sequences, and speeches.
Technical Usability
We optimized every file for the event's run sheet. The production crew received an intuitive, ready-to-play set with no live editing required.
The musical identity reaches beyond the gala night itself — the same theme builds consistency across official video content such as the After Movie. Since its debut in 2024, we have worked with the organizer to refresh the system every year with small contextual updates.

The Results
Dynamics Under Control
We created a soundtrack that never wears thin and reliably holds the audience's attention.
Smooth Production
Files mapped to the script structure made for seamless coordination between the technical crew and the hosts.
Mnemonic Effect
For returning attendees, the recurring theme can spark excitement and a subconscious anticipation of the result before the verdict is even announced — feedback that reached the organizers directly.
Why It Works
Sound Shapes the Memory
An event's atmosphere is not an add-on to the program. Sound design shapes the memory of the entire experience and influences how attendees judge the venue and the event's brand.
A Leitmotif Without Monotony
A leitmotif preserves the coherence of the event's identity while avoiding monotony. Tempo and dynamics regulate the room's energy — sustaining attention at the peaks and preventing perceptual fatigue.
